What is a popby?
A small, thoughtful gift that gives you a reason to reconnect. Popbys are a personal way to thank clients, celebrate a milestone, or let someone know you’re thinking of them.
Can I personalize my gift?
Yes. Each gift page includes space for recipient details and special requests. Share your gift message, occasion, colors, or branding needs so we can confirm what’s possible.
Can you make a custom basket?
Yes, the original Popby collection includes custom baskets in several sizes. Choose a custom design or contact us to talk through your occasion, recipient, and budget.
Will my basket look exactly like the photo?
Baskets are built when the order is made and may differ from the photograph. If a particular item or detail matters to you, include it in your request so we can confirm it before fulfillment.
How do ordering, delivery, and payment work?
Add your gifts and personal details to your bag, then send your request. We confirm availability, timing, delivery arrangements, and the final total before fulfillment. Your request does not charge a card.
Can I order a seasonal or archived gift?
All original products are retained in the collection. Designs marked “Ask about availability” need confirmation; their appearance in the collection does not promise current stock or the return of a past promotion.
